Islamic Information Bureau organized a Ramadhan youth book competition across its six offices from March 11th to April 6th. A total of 250 young individuals participated, with 50 contenders from each office. The finale in Limbe saw Yasin Danken emerge as the winner, followed by Rashida Joeffrey in second place and Ibrahim Wasie in third. Winners received cash prizes and books, with Yasin winning K50,000, Rashida K30,000, and Ibrahim K20,000.

Participants also received copies of the book featured in the competition. IIB coordinators expressed satisfaction with the event’s success, highlighting the active engagement of young people in reading and learning. Both participants and organizers look forward to future events by the Islamic Information Bureau.
